***Top quality and top service*** We ate here as a family at "Flor y Canela". The food was delicious, we tried a few dishes, from starters to desserts, and also local drinks. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable. You can taste the freshness and quality of the food immediately. We'll definitely stop by now that we've got a taste for it.

I can only agree with the positive reviews; Very tastefully furnished restaurant, modern and lovingly supplemented with Peruvian details. The food was excellent - El mejor sabor peruano en Colonia !! Very fair price-performance ratio. Super nice and attentive Latin American staff. We will be back !!

The service is very nice and tries hard, but was overwhelmed. We had ordered outside for six people and got a table inside. Arroz con mariscos was a blob of "paella" with manageable seafood and a little different spice. Ceviche was ok and so was the chicken dish. But everything was way too expensive and the waiting times were way too long, even though the shop wasn't full. All six said: It's a shame, but I'm not going there any more.

Really delicious Peruvian food in the old town south, a very good and tasty addition to the district. The food tasted very good to us, the prices are completely justified. We'll be back for sure. A clear recommendation from me if you are in the mood for a little new and sophisticated cuisine.

Excellent Peruvian good quality food, good presentation, kind attention, easy to book a table, you can pay with card, you can either eat out at the terrace or inside. Price: just a bit over the normal standards for this type of food, the quality of food and presentation makes you feel it worth it. Not too generous portions, but ok-ish. We ate 2 starters to share and a main dish and we were satisfied at the end. Again very well recommended.

I am super excited about this new restaurant in the southern part of town. I particularly liked the authentic Peruvian food and the warmth of the owners and employees. Flor y Canela is a cozy restaurant with a modern Peruvian decor. The menu is smaller, but everything we tried (everyone had a starter, main course, dessert, cocktail and wine) was delicious. I will definitely come back!

I've tried Peruvian food in Cologne more than enough. Since I have a connection to Peru on the mother's side and was there often enough, I always associate food with childhood and a feeling of coming home. It is difficult to describe how Flor y Canela was for me. For one thing, I had this feeling, but also a feeling of curiosity. Still inconspicuous from the outside, the restaurant radiates a very relaxed and welcome atmosphere from the inside. The interior meets my taste: elegant, minimalist and still playful. The same goes for the food. However, the typical dishes are here and there with partly new interpretations. A delicious treat. The portions ask for just the right amount to fill you up, but not to overeat. Staff also very friendly and courteous. I also recommend the cocktail Chicha Smash :) All in all a great experience. The only note. As already mentioned, inconceivable from the outside. At first you don't know which food is served. Maybe you can point this out.

We recommend! The Peruvian gastronomy is becoming more and more famous and today you can enjoy it in the southern part of the city. The decor of the restaurant is modern but still has the Peruvian feel. The staff is very friendly and the food tasted great. If the dish does not fit 100% on the menu, you can adjust it. There are traditional cocktails but also new inventions that are delicious and very refreshing. I would love to come back!

Spent a nice evening there yesterday. A very nice place, tastefully decorated. The team is friendly and attentive. The dishes were fresh and tasted to the point. The wine was very good and the typical cocktail was a tasty surprise. Would love to come back.
